Runway Army Privacy Policy

1. Information You Provide

Runway Army does not require you to create an account. The app does not ask you to provide your name, mailing address, phone number, payment information, contacts, photos, messages, or precise location.

If you contact the developer by email, the developer will receive the information you voluntarily include in that message, such as your email address and the contents of your request. That information is used only to respond to you, provide support, and address issues relating to the app.

2. Local Game Data

Runway Army stores gameplay information locally on your device. This may include game progress, unlocked levels, coins, materials, upgrades, inventory, settings, audio preferences, and related game state.

This local game data is used to save and restore your progress. The developer does not operate an account system or game server that receives this save data. You may remove locally stored game data by deleting the app or clearing its data through your device settings, where available.

3. Rewarded Advertising

Runway Army uses Google Mobile Ads to provide optional rewarded advertisements. You may choose to watch an advertisement to receive an in-game reward. The game can still be played without watching an optional rewarded advertisement, although the associated reward will not be granted.

Google Mobile Ads and its advertising partners may automatically process:

• IP-address-derived approximate location
• Device or app identifiers
• Advertising data, including advertisements viewed
• App and advertisement interactions
• Diagnostic information, including crash data
• Performance information, such as launch time and responsiveness

This information may be used for advertisement delivery, advertisement measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and service improvement. Google and participating advertising partners process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable consent choices.

4. Consent and Privacy Choices

Where required, Runway Army uses Google's User Messaging Platform to present privacy and advertising choices. The app requests updated consent information and checks whether advertisements may be requested.

When Google requires an in-app privacy-options entry point for a user or region, applicable choices can be reviewed in the app at Settings → Privacy & Advertising → Privacy Choices. The available options may vary by country, state, device settings, age requirements, and applicable law.

5. App Tracking Transparency

Runway Army does not currently present Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission prompt. The app does not intentionally access the Identifier for Advertisers unless access is permitted by Apple, the device, and the user's applicable settings and consent choices.

6. How Information Is Used

• Operate and maintain the app
• Save game progress locally
• Provide optional rewarded advertisements
• Verify and grant rewarded-ad benefits
• Measure advertisement performance
• Detect fraud, abuse, and invalid advertisement activity
• Diagnose crashes and technical problems
• Improve stability and performance

7. Sharing of Information

The developer does not sell your personal information.

Information may be processed by Google Mobile Ads and participating advertising partners as described above. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect legal rights.

8. Data Retention

Local game data remains on your device until it is deleted, the app's data is cleared, or the app is removed.

Information processed by Google or its advertising partners is retained according to their applicable policies, legal obligations, user choices, and service settings.

Support emails may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

9. Children's Privacy

Runway Army is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account or registration system.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information directly to the developer, contact the developer so the information can be reviewed and, where appropriate, deleted.

10. Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by the developer. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. International Processing

Google and its advertising partners may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Such processing is handled according to the applicable service provider's policies and legal requirements.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app, third-party services, legal requirements, or data practices. The updated policy will be posted at the same public address with a revised effective date.
